Highlights Ramon Rivera Past Workshops

 Huge shout out to my friend Maestro Ramon Rivera, AKA “the greatest Mariachi teacher in the world”, for establishing the Rancho Mirage High School Mariachi. In two days our students learned a new style of music and performed a concert.

I highly recommend that all my music teacher friends reach out to Ramon Rivera if you want to start up a Mariachi.

I had the honor to teach the Music students at SMHS, I can feel and see the excitement in their eyes when we played the Mariachi Music at the workshop. Ramón Rivera our PTrumpet Mariachi Educational Teacher. Mr Rivera taught over 35 Music Educators from all over the United States on “How to teach Mariachi Music with your Ptrumpet at your Elementary School”
at the  Modern Band Summit in Fort Collins, Colorado.

I am so excited to present a new mariachi trumpet video series that every beginning Music Teacher can use. My name is Ramon Rivera and I have been a Mariachi Educator for over 20 years.  Mariachi Music is the fastest growing Music Program in the United States where there are thousands of Music Students learning Mariachi Music. I have been teaching with pTrumpet and, for beginners and it has been a game-changer for my Mariachi Program.

 I am very honor to lead a workshop for 300 Saluting America's Band Directors Teachers from all over the United States. My Presentation “Mariachi in K-12 Education and its Impact on Students” will be on the day before the Rose Parade on December 31st. I will be presenting with some outstanding Music Educators Alfred Watson, James Swearingen and Jon Waters . I proud to announce that my session will be presented by Hal Leonard Music
